Hi I'm Sybil.I am a former human resource professional, and educator turned coach and consultant.
As if human resources didn’t put me through enough obstacle courses, somehow, I found time to get a black belt in Taekwondo. But after over a decade in the corporate arena, and several years of trying to coach my clients while maintaining the 9-5, I created conVerge Wellness Solutions, a program built with you in mind.
If you are like me then you know:
showing up to work is not enough, nor is being the “smartest” person in the room
what it’s like to be misunderstood because of your gender/gender identity, skin color or mind
the stress of not being able to show up in the world authentically
grief from working with companies that deliver inconsistent messages around “who matters”
But, if you are like me then you are also:
the person with ideas AKA growth mindset
the innovator in the room
the person who desires autonomy and human connection all at the same time
the self-starter continuously seeking opportunity
AWARE ENOUGH TO KNOW YOUR WORTH!
Am I close?
If so, stay connected with me. In my blog I will share on topics ranging from things HR doesn’t want you to know, to what to do before your business plan (one of my coaching packages). I'll share key principles on mindset reset techniques, how to have conscious conversations and embrace intentional living. All my work is done through three core values of "connect, teach, inspire". If you are one of the many who are “silently searching” or someone who has decided to take the next step to start your own business, then this is where you want to be.
I share my tools, tips and testimonials to expand the message of hope and joy. I encourage an environment where you feel safe to share without shame and accept your lived experiences.
Lumiere (my harp) will also make appearances from time to time as well.
Welcome to my journey, and if you are comfortable, definitely feel free to share yours at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will try to reply within 24 hours.
I believe in the power of one. One story, one moment that connects each of us to another.
