Hi I'm Sybil.I am a former human resource professional, and educator turned coach and consultant.
As if human resources didn’t put me through enough obstacle courses, somehow, I found time to get a black belt in Taekwondo. But after over a decade in the corporate arena, and several years of trying to coach my clients while maintaining the 9-5, I created conVerge Wellness Solutions, a program built with you in mind.
If you are like me then you know:
showing up to work is not enough, nor is being the “smartest” person in the room
what it’s like to be misunderstood because of your gender/gender identity, skin color or mind
the stress of not being able to show up in the world authentically
grief from working with companies that deliver inconsistent messages around “who matters”
